How To Build a 10 Minute Podcast

Filed under: Interesting Findings around 3:50 pm

A nice guide to making a quick podcast. Short version: record 10 mins worth of material.

For better or worse, “podcast” has become the universal term. Eventually people will forget that the “pod” comes from “iPod”. Pod is a phonetic representation of “portable audio”. “Paud” doesn’t look right so pod is used. just my theory.

  • Record mp3
  • Upload mp3 on website
  • Get a feedburner account.
  • Hang out in coffee shops wearing a turtle-neck sweater, sipping a coffee with a ridiculously long name with the rest of your pretentious podcasting groupies.

Habis cerita…. bwahahahahah….

How to Become a Ninja!

Filed under: Eye Catching around 3:21 pm

Not really that tech related, but after a long night of lots of coffee and a couple of bottles of bawls, you may find the need to become a ninja!

I know of no geek that has not dreamed of becoming either a superhero or a ninja at one point. But, I think more appropriately: How to look sort of something kind of like a ninja if he was wearing a shirt instead of any respectable martial artists’ uniform. BTW, this is not news: this is just retarded. I dunno if i should go out like this though. It’s like: How to become an Arab woman but looks more like the Taliban to me.

“How to amuse yourself when extremely bored” is more like it. Size small shirts dont really work… definitely recommend a medium. lol. (obviously depends on ur head though!) The imageshack bandwidth is going to be raped, here’s a mirror

More (serious) information can be found here.
The funniest part about this site is I don’t think it was meant to be funny.

Here is a cool user review about a new social bookmarking site called BlinkList. I thought it was worth checking out. BlinkList also makes great use of Ajax, which is pretty nifty.
